For Open Educational Resources, there is no single repository where all materials can be published, although there are attempts to build such platforms. This would not, however, do justice to the diversity and decentralized nature of the OER world.
Most OERs are digital resources that are accessible online and, if provided with appropriate metadata, can be specifically searched for.

Through the Central OER Repository of Universities in Baden-Württemberg, university instructors can discover or provide open teaching and learning materials for or from higher education.

For the publication of your works, feel free to contact us. We will review your submissions formally and (potentially after consultation) forward them to the ZOERR.
Under oer-admin@ub.uni-tuebingen.de, you directly can get in touch with the ZOERR team.
ZOERR serves
- as a repository in case you upload your materials directly and for the first time. Your material will receive an identifier (Handle) then.
- as a reference directory if you link to materials that are already hosted elsewhere (e.g., YouTube, university or project websites, repositories of other institutions). In this case, your material will not receive an identifier.
All materials discoverable through the ZOERR are as well included in the German wide OER search index OERSI (https://oersi.org/resources/). Some additional OER repositories you will find listed below.
